Error description

The root cause of the problem is that the tranlog files get
corrupted.  This is due to a problem prior to the restart.
The result of that problem manifests itself on the Application
Server restart.  The corrupted transaction recovery files,
tranlog and partner log files, are processed during the
transaction recovery phase of the Application Server restart.
The following sequence of errors occur as a result:
WTRN0001E; WTRN0025E; and WSVR0009E.

Local fix

delete the corrupted partnerlog and tranlog files.

During server startup the transaction service was unable to
process the data contained in the recovery log files correctly.
In particular, when trying to reconstruct the transaction

And finally, the transaction service flagged an error that
prevented the server from restarting:

The root cause of the problem was that a partial record was
written to the recovery log files, due to a recovery log
keypoint having occurred and the server being forcibly stopped
before the remainder of the recovery record could be written.
The transaction service was unable to handle the partial
record during recovery and threw the SystemException in the
reconstruct method of TransactionState.

Problem conclusion

Class TransactionState has been changed so that it can handle a
partially written transaction recovery record when trying to
reconstruct the state during the transaction service recovery
processing.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.37, 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
