Problem conclusion

ResetPublicRenderParameterUtil calculated the size of the new
merged public render parameter array by the amount of render
parameters present, rather than the amount of values for a
given public parameter key. This has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
