Error description

The information center states that the MDBSTATS modify command
lists the following,

f <server>,display,work,mdb,stats

The displayed information per listener port includes:

NAME
The name of the Listener Port for which the statistics are
being displayed.

TIME
The amount of time, in seconds, since the stats were enabled
or reset.

TOTAL
Total number of message references browsed since the stats
were enabled or reset.

IN-FLIGHT
The current number of in-flight Work Requests.

EXCS
The number of exceptions while queuing the requests.

BLOCKS
The total number of instances the Throttle restricts queuing
of work requests.

Currently all this information is not displayed. This apar will
correct this problem.

The modify display command 'f <server>,display,work,mdb,stats'
described in the "Best practices for debugging MDB throttle
support" section of the information center does not output
NAME, TIME, TOTAL, IN-FLIGHT, EXCS and BLOCKS information.

The listener port code that is responsible for outputting this
information did not use the correct mechanism to display these
statistics.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR changes the listener port to use the
correct mechanism to output the statistics.
With the fix for this APAR applied, the output from the modify
display command includes the expected information in
BBOJ0088, BBOJ0089 and BBOJ0090 messages.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended
