Error description

When running WS-Security Secure Conversation, token recovery
may eventually fail.

Local fix

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WS-Security tried to recover a          *
*                      non-existing SecurityContextToken       *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When SecurityContextToken recovery is performed, if it is
expired or not existed, the recovery process fails unexpectedly.

Problem conclusion

The WS-Security runtime was updated to not try to recover
non-recoverable SecurityContextToken.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
