Error description

This APAR is to fix the issue of manageODC.py does not correctly
handle ODC integer type properties.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The manageODC.py script fails to        *
*                      update On Demand Configuration          *
*                      integer property types.                 *

The manageODC.py script does not correctly handle integer
properties. The script will fail to update integer type
properties in the On Demand Configuration tree.

Problem conclusion

Additional type safety checks and type conversions were added
to manageODC.py. The script will now correclty handle integer
property types.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.37, 6.1.0.27, and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
