Error description

The Monitoring Policy link is missing from the Application
Server panel in the Administrative Console for stand-alone
servers that are managed by an Admin Agent

The servermanagement plugin.xml was missing the Monitoring
Policy link for base profiles that were part of an Admin Agent
topology.

Problem conclusion

The Monitoring Policy link was added to the servermanagement
plugin.xml for both distributed and z/OS base profiles that
are managed by an Admin Agent.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
