Error description

There can be cases in which a WebSphere Application Server v6
client (including an application server acting as a client) can
throw a NO_IMPLEMENT: No Available Target Exception when
routing to Application servers running on a version prior to
WebSphere Application Server v6.x. This exception is caused by
an error in the v6 server processing the stream data being sent
from the v4/v5 server.

When this error occurs it causes there to be no relevant
routing data for the v6 client to use to route, which in turn
leads to the NO_IMPLEMENT: No Available Target exception.

This APAR addresses the issue by ensuring the correct
processing of the earlier data stream to prevent the
NO_IMPLEMENT exception from occurring.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.37, 6.1.0.27, 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to
