Error description

When installing an application with the administrative console
and you step to Provide Web services endpoint URL information
for SOAP/JMS  and EJB bindings panel, the console throws an
exception.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Application install throws an           *
*                      exception in Provide Webservices        *
*                      endpoint URL information for SOAP/JMS   *
*                      and EJB bindings.                       *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

A data structure that is unavailable during application
install is being accessed causing the exception.

Problem conclusion

We no longer try to access the data structure during
application install.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
