When the container receives a request with a "sips" request
URI, and the application generates a dialog-creating response
to this request, the Contact header in the response message
needs to be a "sips" URI. The problem is that the container
sends a "sip" URI. This bug is a violation of section 12.1.1
in RFC 3261.

Problem conclusion

The bug is fixed in the SIP (Session Initiation
Protocol) container.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
