Error description

When stopping an application server in an environment under
heavy load it is possible to encounter a HMGR0143E message
indicating that an IndexOutOfBoundsException has occurred.

When stopping an application server in an environment under
stress (that is low memory, heavy load, paging, high CPU
utilization, and so on) it is possible to encounter a HMGR0143E
message indicating that an IndexOutOfBoundsException has
occurred.  The problem is due to a waiting thread being
interrupted during the stop process and incorrectly assuming
that some work is available.

Problem conclusion

The code has been updated to verify there is work available if
the waiting thread is interrupted. This change will eliminate
the HMGR0143E message indicating a IndexOutOfBoundsException.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
