Error description

On WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Network Deployment edition
when running the IBM provided PmiJmxTest.java there are
several Web Services stats that show up as null:

This is due to the packaging of the Web Services descriptor /
XML files.

Local fix

The Web Services stats are already present in the
com.ibm.ws.webservices.thinclient_7.0.0.jar,
Pointing the CLASSPATH to this jar would also solve the null
stats attributes.

When running the IBM provided PmiJmxTest.java PMI code, some
of the web services statistics are returned as null or zero.

Problem conclusion

There were missing XML files that prevented the new PMI data
from being collected.  These files were added to the
com.ibm.ws.admin.client_7.0.0.jar.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
