Error description

During startup of ObjectGrid server, an ffdc entry is generated
for a NullPointerException in APPSECTaggedComponent.java.

The APPSECTaggedComponent.getAPPSECComponentData() method
assumes that it is running in a WebSphere Application Server
and that the system property for the Application Server install
root will never be null. However, in this case it is null,
resulting in the NullPointerException.

Problem conclusion

The code was fixed to check if the system property is null.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended
