* RECOMMENDATION:  Apply a fix pack that contains this APAR.   *

The WS-Security runtime is retaining a copy of the current web
services Message Context on the current thread.  The message
context will contain a copy of the SOAP request and response
messages, so this message context can potentially be very
large.  This can be a problem when the web services client is
invoked by the WebSphere web container and many idle threads
end up with the unneeded Message Context on the thread.

Problem conclusion

The WS-Security runtime was updated to remove its copy of the
web services Message Context from the local thread when
processing is complete.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29, 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
