APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CWSIC3252E: Security failure.   Error when setting the
  protocol to SSL on the outbound connection to MQ link
  configuration.

  There is a  CWSIC3252E: Security failure  error when the
  protocol is set to SSL on a outbound connection through the
  SSL Channel.
  

Problem conclusion

• Make sure the SSL channel sets the protocol to what is defined
  in the SSL configuration.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
