Error description

On WebSphere Application Server for z/OS with MQ installed,
after killing the CRA, the new CRA throws an
UnsatisfiedLinkError exception when it starts processing
messaging. After that, messaging does not resume in the new CRA.

Upon canceling the Control Region Adjunct, the new Control
Region Adjunct that starts may attempt to process messaging
before it has finished initialization.  This can cause an
UnsatisfiedLinkError when the Control Region Adjunct attempts
to call a JNI method that has not yet been loaded.

Problem conclusion

The Control Region Adjunct has been updated not to process
messaging before the Control Region Adjunct has completed
initialization.

APAR PK88447 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.5 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
