The exception occurs whenever the RAR submitted to the
updateRAR command task lacks the <resourceadapter-class>
element in its deployment descriptor, ra.xml.

Problem conclusion

The Java Connector Architecture does not require a RAR
module to provide a resource adapter class.  Apply APAR
PK88475 to modify the updateRAR command to successfully update
RAR modules lacking the <resourceadapter-class> element in the
deployment descriptor.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
