Users of WebSphere Application Server for zOS issueing wsadmin
comannd with conntype RMI or JSR160RMI see the following
message:

WASX7023E: Error creating "RMI" connection to host "localhost";
exception information: java.rmi.AccessException: CORBA NO_PERMI
SSION 0x49424300 Maybe; nested exception is: org.omg.CORBA.NO_P
ERMISSION: vmcid: 0x49424000  minor code: 300 completed: Maybe

When issuing wsadmin command to AdminAgent subsystem port with
connType RMI or JSR160RMI on zOS after changing the user
registry of the subsystem, a CORBA NO_PERMISSION exception is
thrown.

Problem conclusion

Change AdminAgent subsystem stop code to regenerate the
AdminSgent subsystem IOR with latest security configuration
data.

APAR PK88816 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.5 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
