Error description

After removing a node is from a cluster that is a member of a
Service Integration Bus used for Web Services, the following
errors occur:

*                      incorrectly deleted when a Node is      *
*                      removed that contained a messaging      *
*                      engine.                                 *

The WebService errors were a result of the WebService
destination being incorrectly deleted.

The reason the destination was being deleted is that the
WebServices destinations do not have any message points
associated with them. Instead they have a forward routing path
to another destination with a message point.
The process that is run when the administrative code for the
bus cleans up after a Node has been deleted checks the
destinations to see whether they should be
deleted, and inadvertently removed the WebService destinations
because they did not have any message points.

Problem conclusion

This fix for this APAR changes the administrative code
for the bus so it does not delete WebService destinations when
a Node is removed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended
