Error description

When using the z/OS Security option "Enable application server
and z/OS thread identity synchronization" with a SURROGAT class
BBO.SYNC.USERID, the SURROGAT class needs to be RACLISTED for
the sync-to-os thread to work.   The SURROGAT class should not
require being RACLISTed.

Depending on what the sync-to-os thread is being used for, the
symptom may appear as if the identity of the servant region
userid id is being used, instead of the java identity running on
the current thread.

RACLIST the SURROGAT class

In order for Thread Identity Synchronization to work, manual
steps must be taken to RACLIST the SURROGAT class profile.
This should not be required.

Problem conclusion

The code was updated to automatically RACLIST the SURROGAT
class profile.

APAR PK89265 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.7 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
