Error description

After installing an application that use Web Services, warning
messages WSVR0071W and WSVR0072W are received:

ExtendedMessage: BBOO0221W: WSVR0071W: Nothing registered before
for interface, com.ibm.ws.util.PlatformHelper, override ignored
for implementation,
com.ibm.ws.management.util.PlatformHelperImpl

ExtendedMessage: BBOO0221W: WSVR0072W: Ignoring undeclared
overrideof interface, com.ibm.ws.util.PlatformHelper, with
implementation, com.ibm.ws.management.DefaultPlatformHelper

Although these errors do not represent an application or a
configuration error, they may cause confusion and concern.  The
customer expects clear communication about the seriousness of
warning messages, and they need to understand what actions
should be taken when they are received.

Deployment manager SYSPRINT  shows warning message
WSVR0072W:Ignoring undeclared override of interface,
com.ibm.ws.util.PlatformHelper, with implementation,
com.ibm.ws.management.DefaultPlatformHelper.
The warning message is benign and causes no functional issues,
it does not indicate any user configuration error either.

Problem conclusion

Code is changed to remove this warning message.

APAR PK90016 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.7 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
