Error description

WebSphere Audit records can not be written to SMF.

Writing audit records that contain HTTP header information on a
z/OS system while using the SMF Emitter may result in a failure
to write the record.  This only occurs if verbose mode is on.

Problem description:

On z/OS, using an SMF emitter may result in a providerFailure
if the audit record contains HTTPheader info

Problem conclusion

Checking for null HTTP header request and response information
resolves the providerFailure error on z/OS when using an SMF
Emitter.

APAR PK91012 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.7 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
