Error description

While creating a deployment manager profile by calling
manageprofiles.sh, SIB_* ports are ignoring the value specified
in the startingPort.

The ports SIB_ENDPOINT_ADDRESS, SIB_ENDPOINT_SECURE_ADDRESS,
SIB_MQ_ENDPOINT_ADDRESS and SIB_MQ_ENDPOINT_SECURE_ADDRESS
present in Deployment Manager's serverindex.xml should not be
present. These ports are required to be able to run the SIB
Service on a server. This is not required in the deployment
manager process, so these ports do not need to be defined in
the configuration during profile creation.

The existence of these ports in the configuration does not
change the runtime behavior of the deployment manager process,
as the SIB Service is not started to the deployment manager.
However, the existence of the ports in the configuration might
be concerning to a user.

SIB_* ports were added to the deployment manager
configuration as part of APAR PK73709, which corrected a
problem seen by IBM products building upon WebSphere
Application Server, and attempting to perform messaging
operations from within the deployment manager process.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR prevents SIB_* ports from being added to
the configuration of a deployment manager during profile
creation.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended
