  Rational Application Developer generates a database model file
  (dbm) that contains the delaration:
  xmlns:datanotation="http:///datanotation.ecore"
  
  The WebSphere Application Server EJBDeploy tool does not handle
  the format of a physical data model file that contains this
  information as it will fail with the following error message:
  
  org.eclipse.emf.ecore.resource.impl.ResourceSetImpl$1DiagnosticW
  rappedException:
  org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.PackageNotFoundException: Package
  with uri 'http:///datanotation.ecore' not found.
  

Problem conclusion

• The plug-in com.ibm.datatools.datanotation which is part of a
  Rational Application Developer install was not included in the
  WebSphere Application Server EJBDeploy install.
  
  The fix for this APAR is to include the missing plugin and is
  currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please
