Error description

A Web Service outbound message includes an element with a
spurious namespace declaration (xmlns attribute).  The
namespace is not defined in the wsdl or any of the imported XML
Schemas for the Web Service.

The spurious namespace is associated with a different Web
Service which is included in the application.

The web service that receives the message may fail with a
validation error.

An outbound message from a Web Service includes a spurious
namespace declaration (xmlns attribute).  The namespace is not
associated with the wsdl or schemas definining the Web
Service.  The service receiving this message fails, and the
error seen will vary widely depending on the service.

The failure occurs in the following scenario:
  1) The outbound message is constructed by a JAX-WS Web
Service.
  2) The JAX-WS Web Services uses JAX-B data objects.
  3) The JAX-B packages contain similarly named packages.
Example: com.ibm.xyz and com.ibm.xyz123 (note that the 2nd
package has 3 more characters than the first one)

The root of the problem is that the JAX-WS engine is loading
the wrong JAX-B packages when it constructs (serializes) the
message.

Problem conclusion

The JAX-WS runtime constructs a list of packages that are
involved in the JAX-B serialization of a JAX-WS message.
The code incorrectly included extra packages.  For example if
the Web Service needed package com.ibm.xyz, the code was also
loading com.ibm.xyz123.

The additional extra packages caused the spurious namespace
declaration (xmlns attribute).

A fix has been made to avoid including the extra packages.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
