Error description

WebServices outbound message using the WS-Addressing spec
www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing is not understood by the 3rd
party network provider and is rejected since it is expecting the
2004 WS-Addressing specification:

*                      a webservice request using the 2004/08  *

*                      response received contains 2005/08.     *

It was assumed that a webservice response will always be sent
using the 2005/08 WS-Addressing namespace, but if the original
request was done using the 2004/08 namepsace then the response
should also use this.

Problem conclusion

This APAR solves the problem and returns the response using
the WS-Addressing namespace used in the request.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
