Customers who configured a deployment manager at fixpack 7.0.0.1
may encounter a postinstaller error when starting the deployment
manager at 7.0.0.5.  This error appears as an exception message
in WAS_HOME/properties/service/logs/applyPTF.out:

Pack 7.0.0.1 may encounter a postinstaller error when starting
the deployment manager at 7.0.0.5.   This error appears as an

Problem conclusion

The postinstaller code has been modified to clear the OSGI
cache to avoid this error.

APAR PK92326 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.6 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
