Error description

IBM WebSphere Application Server V7.0 JACL ws-ant script is
used to copy ear file into product directory. Previous version
would insure the owner of the file was the product owner.
WebSphere Application Server V7 leaves the owner of file
the user who runs the script. Later, in the same or different
script, when the owner of the product (QEJBSVR) attempts to use
the copied file it has insufficient authorities.

Local fix

Change the owner of the copied file after the ws-ant script is
run.

When the ws_ant command is called, it does not switch to the
IBM i QEJBSVR user profile. As a result, some file permissions
may not be set correctly.

Problem conclusion

The ws_ant command was modified to switch to the QEJBSVR user
profile.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
