Changes for APAR PK71434 introduced a class loader loop which
can cause a StackOverflowError when installing an application
that contains a resource adapter (RAR).

Problem conclusion

Backed out the context class loader changes made by APAR
PK71434 to prevent the class loader loop. (APAR PK71434 is not
needed because the problem it was trying to fix was actually
due to a bad resource adapter, not a WebSphere bug.) Added
boolean system property
"com.ibm.ws.management.component.AdminOperationsMBean_ignoreBean
PropertyExceptions" for customers that want to ignore
deployment errors like those seen in PK71434.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.9. Please refer to the Recommended
