The problem may be induced by a 3rd party product that
monitors the configuration and log files.

Local fix

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ADMG0003E on DMGR due to                *
*                      pmi-config.xml file being nulled        *
*                      out or corrupted.                       *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The pmi-config.xml file is being nulled out or corrupted by
more  than one simultaneous access to update the file. This
file is being updated through a session object which does not
have any identification of the server that is updating this
file.

Problem conclusion

The code has been changed in such a way that the session Id
will also have a server code included in it to avoid
corruption of the file.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
