CacheHttpServletResponseWrapper.getOutputStream() throws an
IOException.

Problem conclusion

The isForcePrintWriter() method of the PortletResponseImpl
class now always returns true when caching is enabled for a
given portlet, since access to the output stream cannot be
granted in this case.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
