Problem summary

Due to a sequence of initialization, if the scope of keystore
or truststore is set to cluster, the security code fails to
access cluster name where a server is running, As a result,
some of SSL keystores or truststores may not be used due to a
failure during initialization.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, the logic of initialization code was changed to
avoid this issue.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
