Error description

If alias destinations are defined in a bus, the following
exception is seen attempting to access a destination via
messaging engine running on a Version 6.0 or Version 6.1 node
administered by a Version 7.0 deployment manager:

CWSIK0015E: The destination DEST_NAME was not found on
messaging engine MESSAGING_ENGINE_NAME

New properties were added to Service Integration Bus alias
destinations in Version 7.0. These properties are incorrectly
synchronized to Version 6.0 and Version 6.1 nodes by a Version
7.0 deployment managers.

If alias destinations exist in a bus, this prevents the
messaging engines starting on Version 6.0 and Version 6.1
nodes from parsing the destination configuration of the bus.
Applications connected to those messaging engines cannot
access any destinations, and are thrown exceptions containing
CWSIK0015E error messages.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR prevents the properties of alias
destinations that are new in Version 7.0 from being
synchronized to Version 6.0 or Version 6.1 nodes.

A full resynchronization of all Version 6.0 or Version 6.1
nodes is required to resolve the issue after the fix has been
applied to the deployment manager installation.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
