Error description

In standalone LDAP configuration, when "Use Specific SSL alias"
is selected and an alias specified and saved, the alias goes
back to the (Cell/Node)DefaultSSLSettings. New alias does not
get picked up.

When displaying pulldown to show configured value, console
code was trying to match reference id with reference
description.  As the comparison is done between id and
description,  administration console never finds a match and
fell back to showing the default settings.

Problem conclusion

Code is updated so configured pulldown menu shows
configured SSLSettings correctly by matching its description.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.   Please refer to the Recommended
