The Administrative Console code was not correctly interpreting
the panel context information when the node or cell name
included the string "application".

Problem conclusion

The Administrative Console code has been modified to correctly
interpret the panel context information when either node or
cell name includes "application".

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
