Error description

When Java 2 security is enabled, the following exception is
thrown when a message driven bean driven from a WebSphere MQ
queue on z/OS via an activation specification attempts to
create a JMS Connection:

The code that checks the authority of a user to connect to a
WebSphere MQ from an application server on z/OS interacts
incorrectly with Java 2 Security, resulting in a
java.security.AccessControlException being thrown.

This issue is known to occur when creating a connection to a
queue manager from within a message-driven bean.
It might also occur when creating JMS connections from
application code in other containers.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR corrects the interaction with Java 2
Security to prevent the java.security.AccessControlException
exception from being thrown.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7 Please refer to the Recommended
