Error description

The following exception occurs when attempting to perform
messaging with the default messaging provider, with a file
store configured as the message store for a messaging engine.

The java.security.AccessControlException is thrown when the
messaging engine attempts to restore data from the file store
on an application thread. The exception occurs because the file
store code interacts incorrectly with Java 2 Security.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR corrects the interaction between the
file store code and Java 2 Security to prevent the exception
from occurring.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
