The root cause was that the compensation service metadata list
was modified at the same time as another thread was iterating
over the metadata in
CScopeMetaDataListener.getMatchingPolicy().

Problem conclusion

Class CScopeMetaDataListener has been changed to initialize
(create) a new (duplicate) metadata list locally which will
avoid the other thread modifying it concurrently.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
