Error description

Accessing admin console results in Webcontainer error
Servlet.has.become.temporarily.unavailable.for.service after
stopTransport and startTransport wsadmin commands have been
issued.

If wsadmin is used to run a WebContainer MBean stopTransports
command the WebContainer enters a mode in which all inbound
application requests will be rejected with a
"Servlet.has.become.temporarily.unavailable.for.service"
error. However subsequent run of the startTransports command
has no effect on the WebContainer which, as a result continues
to reject inbound application requests.

Note the WebContainer MBean was deprecated in IBM WebSphere
Application Server Version 6.1. It has been replaced by the
TransportChannelService MBean.

Problem conclusion

Webcontainer code has been modified so that requests are
serviced correctly after a WebContainer MBean startTransports
command has been run.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
