A possible concurrency issue exists in the MetaData Manager,
in which adding data to a HashMap causes a
ConcurrentModificationException in
MetaDataMgrImpl.addMetaDataToMap.

Problem conclusion

Synchronization was added to the addMetaDataToMap method.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.41, 6.1.0.31, and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
