Error description

For a certain long-run scenario, WebSphere fails to perform
retry for requests made through ORB communication. Due to this
missing retry logic, credential token is not renewed causing
following error:
Caused by: org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION: JSAS0202E: [{0}]

made through ORB communication.

Problem conclusion

Necessary logic is added to retry logic to ensure credential
token is renewed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
