Error description

• During WebSphere Application Server v6.1 and v7 installation,
  you are asked to supply information for the
  administrative console and for the samples.
  
  These values are saved
  WSCustomConstants.properties.
  
  The similar issue is also found in WebSphere Application
  Server v6.1 Feature Packs for Web Services, EJB3.0 and Service
  Component Architecture (SCA) and also IBM HTTP Server v6.1 and
  v7 installer.

Problem conclusion

• Code will now search and replace the data from the
  properties file.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.29.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
