Error description

During WebSphere Application S v6.1 and v7 installation,
you are asked to supply information for the administrative
console and for samples.

These values are saved in
WSCustomConstants.properties.

The similar issue is also found in WebSphere Application v6.1
Feature Packs for Web Services, EJB3.0 and Service Component
Architecture (SCA) and also IBM HTTP Server v61 and v7
installer.

During IBM HTTP Server installation, you are asked
to type information for applications such as the
administrative console and samples. This user data is saved in
a properties file.

Problem conclusion

Code will now search and replace the data from the
properties file.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.29 & 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended
