Error description

When using WebSphere XD to throttle message-driven beans
running using the Service Integration Bis, an
IllegalArgumentException can occur.  The messages must be
redelivered to the message-driven bean.

The exception stack is:

The problem occurred in the message-pacing interface used by
WebSphere XD to suspend and resume delivery of messages by the
bus to MDBs.

A suspended message-pacing context was used to deliver messages
on a resume callback because the resumed callback had
inadvertently been overwritten.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR updates the bus code for the
message-pacing interface, to prevent the error condition
detected by WebSphere XD from occurring.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended
