Inconsistent behavior when WAS.clientinfo=all is set

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Inconsistent behavior when using        *
*                      trace string WAS.clientinfo=all.        *

WAS.clientinfo=all produced some accounting strings in the
trace that are inconsistent with the expected value.  In some
cases the accounting string was appended with the right
managed connection information and in other case the managed
connection information was missing.

Problem conclusion

Using WAS.clientinfo=all now produces consistent results
following documented behavior.  Here is one link to the client
