Local fix

Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED:  All users of IBM WebSphere Application      *
*                  Server v6.0.2 and above using Performance   *
*                  Monitoring Infrastructure(PMI).             *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PMI is trying to load a z/OS specific   *
*                      library(bboosmf) on a non z/OS          *
*                      operating system.                       *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
While stopping the Application Server, PMI is trying to load a
library which is specific to z/OS on another operating
system. This is returning a java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError
exception. This is caused when PMI is trying to remove the
module which is registered with it.

Problem conclusion

The code path which will load the library will run only when
the operating system is z/OS. Code has been changed in such a
way that this path will not be taken for the non-z/OS
operating systems.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.41,6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
