A new message needs to be added for the usage of new parameter
-requireEmbeddedDBMigration on the WASPreUpgrade command.

*                      missing.                                *

The new message that was needed could not be added at the time
the code was fixed.

Problem conclusion

The new message was added for the new parameter
-requireEmbeddedDBMigration on the WASPreUpgrade command. When
help is requested on the WASPreUpgrade command, the following
text will be seen for the new parameter:

[-requireEmbeddedDBMigration <true | false >]

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
