The dynamic replication service is used to replicate cached
content to other servers in a cell.  It is also used to
invalidate stale content.  For users with identical active
cells  (hosts same applications and cached data), the same
invalidation trigger has to be received in both cells for the
caches to be in sync.  Otherwise, one cell will have the
current data while the other cell still has stale data.  This
can be problematic for topologies that actively serve content
from multiple cells and require the caches across cells to be
in sync.

Problem conclusion

A new external cache group was added to the dynamic cache
service to allow cache invalidations to be propated between
cells to keep the caches in sync.  The solution uses JMS and a
service integration bus to send and process invalidations.  A
configuration script and detailed documention were also
included.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29, and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
