When federating a node to a deployment manager that has security
enabled with TAI, the addNode will fail during synchronization
with the following exception: ADMR0105E: Unable to write

Problem conclusion

The deployment manager was attempting to authorize the file
transfer client using the TAI, but the file transfer client
doesn't have that ability. The code was corrected to use the
basic authentication information sent in the header instead.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix
packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.9. Please refer to the Recommended
