WebSphere Application Server was incorrectly logging the FFDC
entry when a z/OS servant SAF keyring was not found expectedly.

Problem conclusion

WebSphere Application Server has been modified to not log the
IOException in FFDC when running in a z/OS Servant.

APAR PK98600 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.11 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0
