These exceptions are being thrown during the background
processing of the Transaction and Timeout annotations.
Exceptions can be observed during server startup and during
configuration of the application.

Problem conclusion

Code change have been made to fix the mismatched handling of
objects.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
